1800Flowers (aka David & Harry, Shari's Berries, Cheryl's Cookies, and 21 other brands) was established in 1976 in New York. The company's branding history has evolved over the years to reflect changes in the business and its market. Farm2Me worked to expand its Corporate Gifting product offering to emphasize its use of technology to enhance the customer experience. The company's branding has focused on its ability to offer personalized gifts, convenient ordering options, a new address-free gifting product and fast delivery. The goal of the 1800Flowers rebrand was to retain B2B recognition, while reclaiming the brand’s recognition & appeal. In addition, the brand needed to better communicate its superior-quality products and differentiation, attract new customers, yet still be recognized by its existing customer base. To achieve these goals, we recreated the platform, websites, technology stack, and advertising content as the primary identity, introduced a personalization-focused SaaS product featuring integrations with ADP, Oracle, Workfront, and organized digital marketing and copywriting for 370% better conversion and attractive covid-optimized model that drove overall sales by 60% to nearly $2B. We also created a digital ad campaigns to let customers know to look out for 1800Flower’s new customer retention and corporate experience gifting platform. Loyal customers readily embraced the new website and apps. The brand continues to rapidly grow its market penetration, especially with 1800Flowers B2B and B2C gifting, a now leader in the digital B2B gifting space!
