Growing up in Lima, Peru, two grandmothers baked the most delicious desserts and pastries from recipes passed on to them by their mothers and grandmothers, each with a specific style and distinctive Peruvian taste. Moving to New York City at the age of seventeen exposed Jessy to all the great American desserts. Along the way, just like any good pastry, a fusion of her Peruvian grandmothers' recipes and New York life merged to bring together the best of both worlds. With Jessy's Pastries, they bring together the best childhood memories and bring them to New York.
